Welcome to [CCN Consulting Group LLC]. By enrolling in our Credit Builder Program, you agree to the following terms:
1.Services Provided
When you enroll, we collect:
• Name, email, phone, address, date of birth
• Subscription payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)
2.Subscription Terms
• The program requires a commitment of $40/month for 12 months
• Payments are due monthly, on the same date each month
• If payment is missed, service access may be paused until payment is resolved
• To process enrollment and manage your subscription
• To deliver program content and communications
• To meet compliance obligations
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• You may cancel at any time, but partial-month refunds are not available.
• If you cancel before completing the 12-month program, your participation and future benefits will end immediately. We maintain technical and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information.
4. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results, score improvements, or approvals. Each person’s credit situation is unique.
5. Compliance
We comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), state laws, and industry best practices. All services are offered transparently and fairly.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute, you agree to first submit it to us in writing through our Dispute Resolution Form. We will respond within 5 business days and attempt resolution within 30 days.
