1. Purpose

This Dispute Resolution Policy outlines the steps and procedures for resolving any disagreements or concerns that may arise between CN Consulting Group LLC  and our clients in connection with our services.

Our goal is to resolve issues efficiently, fairly, and with minimal disruption to our relationship.

2. Informal Resolution First

We believe most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. If you have a concern or dispute, please get in touch with us directly before taking any formal action.

Contact: info@cnconsultinggroupllc.com
Phone: 1-888-559-9918

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue within 10 business days.

3. Formal Dispute Process

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, either party may initiate a formal dispute process as follows:

a. Written Notice

The complaining party must send a written notice outlining:

  • The nature of the dispute

  • Any relevant facts or documents

  • The desired resolution

4. Mediation (Optional but Encouraged)

Both parties may agree to engage in mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation is a voluntary, non-binding process conducted by a neutral third party to help resolve the dispute amicably.

5. Arbitration Clause (If Applicable)

If not resolved through informal discussion or mediation, and if agreed upon in the service agreement, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body.

  • Arbitration shall take place in Hillsborough County, Georgia.

  • Each party shall bear its legal fees and costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

6. Governing Law

This policy—and any disputes arising from it—will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. No Class Actions

You agree that any dispute shall be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

8. Modifications to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon being posted on our website.
